BeatPilates is a upbeat Pilates class delivered in a new and dynamic way. This exclusive class will tone, sculpt and strengthen your body in ways you never thought possible. It incorporates a mix of Pilates, Barre and Toning exercises choreographed to upbeat music finishing with dynamic stretches.

Classes running are Mondays 9.30am at Castlehill Church, Ayr (crèche avail), Mondays 7.39pm at St Nicholas Church, Prestwick (new hall) and Thursdays 6.30pm at St Nicholas Church, Prestwick (old hall). £5 per class (every 10th class free)
