BodyTone is an all-round toning and conditioning class - Legs, Bums n Tums. It’s low impact using bodyweight exercises and also brings in bands, balls, gliders and hand weights for variety and challenge. A great class to tone and shape your tummy, legs, thighs, butts and arms. I always give exercise options and adaptations as well as different levels so you can challenge yourself, or build up gradually.
